Classic set when one lashes are applied to one single natural eyelash.
RUSSIAN VOLUME
Russian Lashes is the ultimate look in lash extension . Russian Volume when multiple lashes are applied to one single natural eyelash individually isolating one natural eyelash at a time.
Using very thin lashes 0.02mm - 0.07mm.
If two eyelash extensions are applied to one natural lash it’s described as 2D, if three eyelash extensions are applied to one natural eyelash then it’s described as 3D etc.

POLICIES
Deposit policy
A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. The balance will be left to pay on the day.
Appointment confirmation
All appointments are confirmed via text and email. If you do not receive confirmation within 2 hours of making your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to ensure that your appointment has been booked.
Bringing guests
Please do not bring guests, children or pets to your appointment.
Cancellation policy
Canceling or rescheduling less than 48 hours before the appointment (or 'no show') will result in a cancellation fee (50% of the service / Full amount) being charged/deposit lost.
Please note: Cancellations and rescheduling can be done via the link in your appointment confirmation/reminder email.
Lateness policy
if you are late for an appointment, the appointment will still be completed at the scheduled time to accommodate the next client, but you will still be charged the full price.
If you arrive too late for us to perform treatment, we may need to reschedule your appointment and a new deposit will be required.
Infill appointments
Please schedule your filling appointments every 2 – 3 weeks to maintain your eyelash extensions.
Our maximum time limit for restocks is 4 weeks – anything over 4 weeks is considered a complete set.
Although you will still have many eyelashes remaining after 4 weeks, most will have grown out after that time and will therefore need to be removed.
To ensure scheduling your filling appointment at a convenient time within the above time limits, please book as far in advance as possible.
Infills can be booked by time (e.g. 45 minutes, 1 hour, 1 hour 15 minutes) depending on the time since your last appointment and the number of lashes remaining. The more time you book, the more lashes will be applied and the fuller result you will get. To maintain a fuller appearance, you may want to consider making more frequent filling appointments or booking a longer filling time.
Infilling work from other salons
If you have lashes from another salon then for best results it is best to do a full set and removal, as all salons use different products and techniques.
However, we will fill work from other salons as long as the quality of the work is good.
If you're not sure, please send us an email and some photos of your lashes or call us to book a consultation.
Our cancellation
We always aim to fulfill our promises on time and as ordered. However, if a particular therapist is not available for your treatment for reasons beyond our control, we reserve the right to transfer your booking to an alternative therapist. In the unlikely event that we are unable to accommodate your appointment at all and need to cancel your booking, we will notify you of this as soon as possible and make every effort to reschedule at a convenient time.
Eye make-up and contact lenses
Please ensure your lashes are clean and free of eye makeup before your appointment. If your lashes need to be cleaned at the time of your appointment, this will reduce the time available for applying new lashes. This can also mean your lashes won't last as long if there is still makeup left on your lashes.
We also ask that you remove contact lenses prior to any eyelash treatment, however contact lenses can be put back in immediately after treatment.
Our guarantee
Book with confidence knowing every treatment is 100 percent guaranteed within the first 3 days of your appointment or we'll make it right.
Conditions:
-You must follow the aftercare instructions.
-You must contact us within 3 days of your last appointment.
If you contact us after 3 days have passed, we are not responsible for any problems and your subsequent treatment will be charged at full price.
Patch tests
A patch test is recommended for new clients to check for allergies at least 24 hours before the following treatments:
-Eyelash extensions
-LVL eyelash lift
-Eyelash/brow tinting
-Eyebrow lamination.
If you are pregnant, a patch test is mandatory.
Please remember that, on rare occasions, the results may not always be accurate and allergic reactions may still occur, even if the results are negative.
We advise you to book your treatment a few days before an important event/Holiday, in case an allergic reaction occurs.
If after your appointment you experience discomfort, itching or redness in the eye area, please contact us for advice and refer to your doctor immediately.
You should never ignore the symptoms of an allergic reaction, as they can cause serious health problems if left untreated.
